We want you to love what you train in. If the size or fit isn't right, you can exchange or return Hack apparel within 7 days of delivery. This policy covers our leggings, shorts, sports bras and lifting suits.

Try It On the Right Way

Try your apparel with all tags attached. Don't train, sweat or wash in it until you're sure of the fit. That way, your return or exchange goes through without a hitch.

How It Works

1. Contact Hack Customer Support to raise a return or exchange request.
2. We verify it and confirm on email and WhatsApp.
3. Our courier picks it up from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours, free of charge. In areas they don't serve, we'll help you ship it to us.
4. Once it passes quality check, we dispatch your exchange or process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

What Qualifies

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and free of sweat, stains, deodorant, perfume or make-up marks, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.

Exchanges

• One free exchange per order, for a different size or colour, subject to stock. If your pick is out of stock, you get store credit.
• If you'd like to return the exchanged piece later, we'll refund it as store credit.
• New item costs more? Pay the difference. Costs less? The balance comes back as store credit.
• The new item is billed at its regular price, as discounts on your original order don't carry over.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refund to your original payment method or as store credit.
• Partial COD orders: the advance you paid online goes back to your original payment method. The amount paid on delivery is refunded by UPI, bank transfer or store credit.
• Returns are free. There's no pickup or return fee, so you get back the full amount you paid. Any partial COD fee is non-refundable.
• Store credit is valid for 1 year, works only on hackathletics.com, must be used in one order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if a piece arrives with a defect or if you received the wrong item. Share an uncut unboxing video. We'll replace or refund it right away, at no cost to you.

Good to Know

• Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person due to lighting.
• Orders can be cancelled only before they ship.
• Please raise a request before sending anything back, so we can track your return and refund you faster.
