At Hack Athletics, we're committed to providing high-quality sports equipment and accessories. Our pickleball paddles are built using premium materials and performance-focused construction, and we're confident in the quality of every paddle we produce.

Our paddles are covered under a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functional performance of the product. Any manufacturing defect must be reported to our team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Normal wear and tear from regular gameplay is not covered under the warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, edge guard wear, or surface marks, nor damage caused by dropping the paddle, accidental impact, misuse, improper storage, or neglect.

To make a claim, please email hello@hack-enterprises.com or contact/WhatsApp us at +91 7977885016 with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. Our support team will review your submission and, if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

If required, the product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging. All applicable shipping charges to and from the service center must be prepaid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
