At Hack Athletics, we design our BMI scales to deliver precise measurements, reliable performance, and long-lasting durability. All Hack Athletics BMI scales are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship, such as display malfunctions, sensor failures, or electronic faults, that occur under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, impact, exposure to water or moisture, use beyond the stated weight limit, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, or fading that do not affect performance are also excluded.

To make a claim, please mail hello@hack-enterprises.com or contact/WhatsApp us at +91 7977885016 with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos that show the defect. Our support team will review your submission, and if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

The product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging, all applicable shipping charges to and from the service center is to be pre-paid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
