All Hack Athletics premium gym bags are backed by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship such as faulty zippers, broken buckles, torn seams, or stitching failures—that occur under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care; wear and tear from regular use; cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or stains; or damage from overloading or using the bag for purposes other than intended.

To make a claim, please mail hello@hack-enterprises.com or contact/WhatsApp us at +91 7977885016 with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos that show the defect. Our support team will review your submission, and if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

The product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging, all applicable shipping charges to and from the service center is to be pre-paid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
