Ensure the longevity of your knee sleeves by following these proper washing instructions: Hand wash them in a cleaning mixture of warm water, detergent, and possibly vinegar. Let them soak for a few hours, scrub thoroughly, and wring them out before air drying for 24+ hours. We strongly discourage machine washing; however, if necessary, wash them separately in a laundry bag with cold water. Avoid using the dryer as it can shrink and damage the sleeves.

These sleeves are designed to be exceptionally tight, making them difficult to put on and take off. Wearing them requires significant effort and skill. While wearing these sleeves, there is a risk of losing circulation in your leg. Removing them can also be challenging. It is common and recommended to seek assistance from another person to help put them on and take them off.

• Putting On for the First Time - To put on the sleeves, do not use any straps or aids. While you can use a sock or a pair of leggings to help, if you can't get the sleeves on without additional aids like talc, lubricant, or lifting straps, they are too small. It's important to practice putting them on unassisted from the start, as you won't be allowed to use any aids during competitions.
• Removing for the First Time - Removing the sleeve requires patience. If you're new to ultra-dense sleeves, they might feel stuck at first, but with time, they should come off more easily. To make the process simpler, keep your shoe on and ensure your foot is firmly planted on the floor for better grounding.

Ensure you check the sizing chart carefully! The sizing chart is there for a reason, and sizing down might not always result in better performance. Use a pliable tape measure and follow the sizing chart instructions precisely. Feel free to contact us anytime for assistance and guidance.

Here's what you need to know:

• Measure your quad, knee, and calf as per the chart. If these measurements differ, use the knee measurement as your primary guide. If your calf or quad is larger, size up by one. If all your measurements fall within the same size category, that size will be suitable.
• If you’re confused between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Important Notes:

• Do not select your size based on previous sleeves or recommendations from friends. Use your calf measurement for accuracy.
• Hack Athletics will not be responsible if you need to cut off your sleeves due to incorrect sizing.

This warranty specifically covers tears to the inner neoprene layer that occur under normal training use. It does not cover external fabric wear, surface abrasions, fading, fraying, loose stitching, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, wrong size selection or improper care—such as machine washing, tumble drying, or exposure to excessive heat. Issues caused by modifications, alterations, or use beyond the intended purpose are also excluded.

Our support team will review your submission, and if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

The product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging, all applicable shipping charges to and from the service center is to be pre-paid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
