Hack Athletics Adjustable Dumbbells are backed by a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes manufacturing defects in the handle, plates, or locking mechanism, as well as malfunctions in the weight adjustment dial or selector pins.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, or paint chips; damage caused by dropping, misuse, or improper handling; rust or corrosion from moisture or poor storage; alterations or repairs by unauthorized persons; or use for commercial or rental purposes unless specified in the purchase agreement.

Our support team will review your submission, and if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

The product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging, all applicable shipping charges to and from the service center is to be pre-paid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
