Hack Athletics Stainless Steel Protein Shakers are backed by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering leakage caused by defective seals, gaskets, or silicone rings, as well as silicone parts that tear or lose function under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage from improper cleaning, use of abrasive tools, normal wear beyond 30 days, leakage caused by overfilling, improper lid closure, accidental drops, or odor and staining from prolonged liquid storage.

Our support team will review your submission, and if the claim is approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

The product must be returned to the Hack Athletics Service Center in its original packaging, all applicable shipping charges to and from the service center is to be pre-paid by the customer. Hack Athletics is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit, so the product must be securely packed before sending.

Once a product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and cannot be claimed again.
